1. Sponsor
The sponsor is Keep Puffin Smoke Shop, 318 N Cage Blvd, Suite B, Pharr, Texas 78577 (“Sponsor”). This promotion is administered by Sponsor and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any prize manufacturer or social-media platform.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Texas who are at least 21 years old when they enter. Current Keep Puffin employees, managers, owners, and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Sponsor may require a valid government-issued photo ID before awarding a prize.
3. Entry period
Entries open October 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time and close October 30, 2026 at 8:30 PM Central Time. Sponsor’s server timestamp is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
Submit the free entry form at keeppuffin.com/halloween. Limit one entry per person for the 2026 promotion. No purchase or payment is required. Purchases do not create additional entries and do not improve anyone’s odds. Automated, duplicate, incomplete, or false entries may be disqualified.
5. Prizes
- Two 55-inch televisions selected by Sponsor, approximate retail value up to $350 each.
- Three $100 Keep Puffin store credits. Credits are noncash, nontransferable, and may not be used for tobacco, nicotine, or another item that applicable law or store policy excludes.
- One Puffco Peak device, approximate retail value up to $250, only if awarding it is permitted by applicable law. Sponsor may substitute a lawful prize of equal or greater value.
Maximum combined approximate retail value is $1,250. Exact television models and colors may vary. No cash alternative is available, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable or cannot lawfully be awarded.
6. Winner selection and notification
Potential winners will be selected at random from eligible entries at approximately 9:00 PM Central Time on October 30, 2026 at the Pharr party. Attendance is not required. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be announced at the event when appropriate and contacted using the submitted phone number or email. A potential winner must respond within 72 hours, provide proof of age and eligibility, and complete any reasonably required prize paperwork. If a potential winner is ineligible or does not respond, Sponsor may select an alternate.
7. Costume contest
The costume contest is a separate, skill-based party activity and is not part of the random giveaway. Entering the giveaway does not require wearing a costume, and costume-contest participation does not change giveaway odds.
8. Information and privacy
Sponsor collects the contact and address information requested on the form to administer the party invitation and giveaway, verify eligibility, prevent duplicate entries, contact potential winners, maintain an audit record, and comply with law. Entry information is private and visible only to authorized Keep Puffin managers. Marketing email or text consent is optional, is not required to enter or win, and may be withdrawn. Sponsor will review entry records for retention after January 31, 2027 and will retain only what is reasonably needed for prize administration, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal requirements. Other contact information should be deleted or de-identified.
9. General conditions
Sponsor may disqualify entries affected by fraud, tampering, technical abuse, or a violation of these rules. If circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent fair administration, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion and, when practical, select winners fairly from eligible entries already received. Winners are responsible for taxes and costs not expressly included with a prize.
10. Release and disputes
To the extent allowed by law, entrants agree that Sponsor and its employees are not responsible for events outside their reasonable control, including network interruption or inaccurate information submitted by an entrant. These rules are governed by Texas law. Nothing in these rules waives a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
